This notice explains how Aryes Partners handles personal data in connection with this website. It is written to describe what the site actually does — which, deliberately, is very little.
Who is responsible

Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and shows no advertising. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are read and roughly where visitors come from. It is cookieless: it records a page view, referrer, country, and device type, derives a temporary anonymous identifier from that request rather than storing anything on your device, and keeps no data that identifies you. It does not follow you across other websites. Fonts are served from our own servers rather than fetched from an external provider.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider records standard server logs — IP address, the page requested, timestamp, browser and operating system. These are generated automatically by the infrastructure, are used only to operate and secure the site, and are not combined with any other data or used to identify individual visitors. Vercel, our hosting provider, also acts as our processor for the analytics described above.
If you contact us
The site has no forms. If you email us, we process your address, your message and anything you choose to include, for the sole purpose of responding and, where relevant, taking a possible partnership forward. We do not use it for marketing and we do not share it.
How long we keep it
Server logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider as part of normal operations. Correspondence is kept for as long as our exchange is live, and thereafter only where a legal or business record requires it.
Your rights
Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection — and the GDPR where it applies to you — you may ask what data we hold about you, request its correction or deletion, object to its processing, or ask for a copy. Write to contact@aryespartners.com and we will respond.
